Mary Beth Sweeney

Mary Beth Sweeney is an experienced early childhood education professional with a strong background in program development and management. Currently serving as Director at John Winthrop Nursery School since June 2018, Sweeney has previously held key roles such as Head of Caregiver Operations at CozyKin and Center Director at Knowledge Universe. At Mystic Aquarium, Sweeney created and managed several community-focused educational programs, most notably founding Sea School Preschool. Earlier in Sweeney's career, roles included Lead Teacher at ChildrenFirst and Specialist at ESF Dream Camp Foundation. Sweeney holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Loyola University Maryland.
