Gary Lawton Assoc Cipd

Gary Lawton, an experienced HR professional with expertise in human resource management and credit analysis, currently serves as HR Director for EMEAI and previously held the same title for Equipment APAC and EMEA at Koch Engineered Solutions since January 2020. With a solid background in HR, Gary has been employed at John Zink Hamworthy Combustion since April 2004, where responsibilities included serving as Senior HR Manager for EMEA and Group Credit Manager, overseeing accounts receivable and bank guarantees. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Credit Analyst at Sony CPCE, managing credit operations and customer relations. Gary holds a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management, both from CIPD, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Credit Management from the University of West London.
