Scott Reid possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the combustion and chemical industries. Currently serving as an Application Engineer at John Zink Hamworthy Combustion since July 2012, Scott specializes in the design of flare systems for midstream and upstream onshore applications. Previously held positions include Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager II at the same company, focusing on cost-effective technologies for North American midstream operations. Prior to that, Scott worked as a Project Manager at Born Inc., where responsibilities included planning and executing projects within budget and schedule. Early career experience includes roles as Project Manager at Delphi, leading teams in developing new products, and working as a Chemist at Autoliv, conducting compatibility studies and characterizing gas generant formulations. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
