Jack Seferian

Jack holds the position of Property Acquisition Director with JohnHart Real Estate and has over 20 years of experience in the Financial and Real Estate industries with some of the nation’s most recognized names. Jack’s experiences include; business development, project management, construction hard money lending, asset management, risk management. He attended the University of California Santa Barbara.

Prior to joining JohnHart, Jack was Senior construction manager for a Goldman Sachs company lending and administering a variety of project types including Commercial and Residential developments throughout the nation. Jack’s current focus at JohnHart is directly related to the acquisitions of top properties throughout California and neighboring states.
