Charles Chavez has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Charles started their career as an Assistant Service Manager at 24 Hour Fitness from May 2012 to November 2014, where they oversaw daily operations, trained staff, and implemented new customer service protocols.

From March 2013 to September 2018, Charles worked at The Walt Disney Company as an Operational Lead/Training Specialist. Charles managed a team of 50 employees, analyzed training methods, and advised executives on employee development and productivity goals.

In 2018, Charles joined Brandman University, Part of the Chapman University System, as a Student Financial Advisor. Charles coordinated the campus's calendar, created financial plans for students, and assisted in retrieving federal loans and grants.

Later in 2018, Charles moved on to Happy Money as a Payments Specialist. Charles helped establish the company during its startup phase, managed day-to-day tasks related to loan servicing, and prepared credit reporting to major bureaus.

Most recently, Charles worked at the Los Angeles Dodgers as a Fan Service Representative from April 2023 to July 2023. Charles'sresponsibilities included providing stadium information to guests, addressing concerns professionally and promptly, and inputting and tracking fan-provided data.

Charles is currently a Customer Engagement Specialist at johnnie-O, starting in July 2023.

Charles Chavez earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Charles attended the university from 2011 to 2018.
