Karen Antoinette Richards is an experienced customer engagement and retail professional with a background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Levain Bakery since May 2021, Richards previously held roles as a Greeter at Tishman Speyer and a Hostess at Shabu Garden. Additionally, Richards gained valuable experience as a Resident Assistant during time at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Karen Antoinette Richards earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the same institution, graduating in 2019.
