Michael Walsh has an extensive work experience in leadership positions in the healthcare industry. MICHAEL has worked as the Chief Executive for various organizations such as Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH), Department of Health and Human Services Victoria, Cabrini HEALTH, Supreme Council of Health (SCH) - Qatar, NHS (South East London Strategic Health Authority), and Alfred Health. In these roles, they focused on areas such as strategy development, operational optimization, philanthropic fundraising, and patient safety. MICHAEL also demonstrated expertise in building and leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing change initiatives. Furthermore, they have experience in working with government entities and engaging stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Michael Walsh received their Bachelor of Health Administration degree in Health service management from UNSW in 1988. MICHAEL later pursued their Master's in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School in 1989. In 1991, Walsh obtained a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administration, specializing in Health Leadership, Policy, and Management. MICHAEL also holds a Fellowship in Health Service Leadership and Management from the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Furthermore, in 1975, Walsh completed their medical degree (MBBS) from Monash University. In 2011, they became a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, focusing on Corporate Governance.
