April Floyd

April Floyd currently serves as the Executive Director of HR Strategic Initiatives at The Johns Hopkins University, a role held since May 2018, and has also held the position of Sr. Director of Benefits and Work Life. Previous experience includes work at Benefitfocus in the Customer Engagement Team from August 2017 to May 2018, and at Under Armour as the Head of Global Benefits and Wellness from January 2012 to August 2017. Earlier roles include Benefits Manager at TESSCO Technologies and Benefits Analyst positions at XLHealth and Fieldstone Mortgage Company. April Floyd obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University, with prior education at Goucher College.
