John Slotwinski

John Slotwinski is an accomplished Senior National Security Analyst at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where responsibilities include leadership roles such as Chair of the Executive Committee of ASTM F42 on AM Technologies and instruction in graduate-level programs. With extensive experience in additive manufacturing, John has served as Technical Lead and Supervisor for the Additive Manufacturing Section, managing development activities and research in advanced materials and technologies. Prior to this, John had a notable career at NIST, where roles included Physicist and Strategic Planning Manager, contributing to significant advancements in measurement methods and standards for manufacturing processes. John holds a Ph.D. in Physics from The Catholic University of America and a BS in Physics from Loyola University Maryland.
