Maria Harris Tildon has held various high-level positions in government relations, public policy, and external affairs at organizations such as The Johns Hopkins University & Medicine, BGE, Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Maria has extensive experience in managing marketing, communications, product development, and government relations for large healthcare insurers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, Maria has experience in overseeing external communication efforts for a national not-for-profit organization focused on preventing drunk driving and underage drinking. Maria holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
