Matthew Moss

Matthew Moss currently serves as the Assistant Vice Provost of Dining and Auxiliary Services at The Johns Hopkins University since August 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held several positions at Levy Restaurants, including Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Hospitality from July 2017 to August 2021. Matthew's earlier experience includes roles at ARAMARK Healthcare and ARAMARK Higher Education as Regional Director of Management, as well as serving as Director of Operations for the Athletes Village during the Beijing 2008 Olympics. Matthew began a career in management at ARAMARK at the Baltimore Convention Center, ultimately holding the position of General Manager. Matthew holds an education degree from Hutt Valley Polytech, attended from 1989 to 1991.
