Pamela Stefanuca

Pamela Stefanuca is an experienced instructional technology professional currently serving as the Instructional Technology Manager at The Johns Hopkins University since July 2024. Previously, Pamela worked as a Project Manager at A P Ventures, LLC, where collaboration with subject matter experts focused on developing online higher education courses across various disciplines. Prior roles include Director of Instructional Advancement and Technology at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where direct consultation and support were provided to faculty on technology use in education, and multiple positions at Laureate Education, including Course Development Manager and Senior Course Developer, specializing in courses related to business management and leadership. Pamela's early career included roles as an Instructional Designer at both Laureate Higher Education Group and Johns Hopkins University, and as an English Teacher for the Peace Corps. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Towson University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Arizona State University.
