Rickie Eatherly

Rickie Eatherly is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Life Design in the Psychology and Brain Sciences department at The Johns Hopkins University since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rickie worked at Smarty Pants from July 2019 to May 2023 as a Senior Research Analyst, executing qualitative research for clients in the Entertainment & Media and Toy & Game sectors, and mentoring a team of nine. Previous experience includes positions at Boston Consulting Group, where Rickie was involved in career development and talent acquisition, and internships at the Durham Performing Arts Center and AFS Intercultural Programs, where skills in project management, social media marketing, and administrative support were developed. Rickie holds a Master’s degree in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Dramatic Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
