Adam McCall Ieng Miplante

Adam McCall IEng MIPlantE has over two decades of extensive experience in aircraft and production maintenance, currently serving as Production Supervisor for Alloy Shop & Maintenance and Plant Maintenance Lead at Johns Manville since January 2020. Previous roles include Aircraft Maintenance Manager for the Royal Air Force, where responsibilities involved implementing long-term maintenance strategies for a fleet of 18 aircraft. Adam also held positions at BAE Systems, managing a team in complex hydraulic and oxygen component maintenance. Adam’s early career at the Royal Air Force included leading maintenance teams and performing intricate aircraft repairs. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Staffordshire and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management from Stratford Business School, alongside multiple other relevant qualifications.
