Jessica Newton

Jessica Newton, MS, PHR has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Jessica currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Johnson Automotive since April 2022. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Fitch Creations, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from February 2016 to April 2022. Jessica also has experience as an Office/Student Relationship Manager at The Concrete Countertop Institute from 2013 to 2016. Before that, Jessica worked as a Professional Development Manager and Interim Director of Education at Aveda Institute-Chapel Hill from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they served as the HR, OSHA & Safety Manager at APU - OH Distributors from 2006 to 2009, and as a Benefits Specialist & HR Generalist at GPI - CARQUEST from 2001 to 2006.

Jessica Newton, MS, PHR holds a Master's degree in Business, Management & Leadership from Western Governors University. Jessica also has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the same institution. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Strayer University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
