Roger Dorfield is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer relationship management, sales, and technical support. Currently serving as CRM Manager at Johnson Automotive since September 2008, Roger has previously held various roles, including Sales Consultant at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh and a Desktop Support Contractor at TEKsystems, where responsibilities included reimaging and installing operating systems and network support. As the owner of Config Dot Systems, Roger focused on creating a paperless office environment through the development of web and desktop interfaces for real-time data retrieval. Roger's extensive background at IBM encompassed roles such as Program Analyst, Programmer, Office Automation Specialist, and Database Specialist, where contributions involved managing accounts receivable applications, developing automation tools, and maintaining productivity reports. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Delaware State University and has also studied at North Carolina State University.
