Apurva Shah

Apurva Shah is an experienced leader in plant operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Plant Operations at Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning since February 2021. In this role, Apurva Shah oversees the India plant in Kadi, Gujarat, managing responsibilities related to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), manufacturing, quality, operational excellence, plant engineering, and process engineering. Previously, Apurva Shah held the positions of Deputy Vice President - Head of Plant Operations, overseeing overall India plant operations, and Deputy Vice President of Global Operations for Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, focusing on the manufacturing footprint and capacity optimization for JCH plants globally. Apurva Shah earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from L.D. College of Engineering between January 1991 and January 1994, and completed education at Shree Vidhyanagar High School from January 1983 to January 1990.
