Mariko Murakami

Mariko Murakami has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2012, they worked at Hitachi Appliances, Inc. as an HR Representative until February 2017. From there, they joined Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning, where they held various positions. They began as an Assistant Manager in March 2017 and progressed to become the Global D&I COE and Global Engineering HRBP from April 2021 to April 2022. From April 2022 to January 2024, they served as the Manager, Global function HRBP Lead and Global DEI Lead. Currently, they are working as the Senior Manager, Senior HRBP, Global Functions Lead, and DEI Lead, starting in January 2024.

Mariko Murakami obtained their Bachelor of Laws degree in International Law from Osaka University, from 2008 to 2012.
