Sanjay Sudhakaran

Sanjay Sudhakaran has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the air conditioning and power systems industries. Sanjay is currently the Managing Director at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Schneider Electric as the Managing Director for SEIL and VP Power Systems from 2021 to 2023, and as the Vice President of Digital Energy for the Greater India Zone from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Sanjay held roles at Otis Elevator Co., where they served as the Senior Director for Asia Pacific (M&A, New Equipment Sales & Marketing) from 2018 to 2018, and as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 2014 to 2017. Sanjay also worked at United Technologies as the Managing Director for Buildings & Industrial Solutions from 2012 to 2013, and at Carrier Corporation as the Regional Director for ASEAN & India from 2009 to 2011, and as the Country Head / Director CCR from 2006 to 2009.

Sanjay Sudhakaran holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
