Bowen Cai

Bowen Cai is an experienced legal professional serving as the Legal Director for M&A and Global Supply Chain in APAC, with a rich background spanning over 12 years in corporate legal services, mergers and acquisitions, and project financing, particularly in the manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. They have held positions as in-house counsel at state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations, as well as practicing law at a Red Circle law firm. Previously, Bowen gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Siemens and has worked with firms such as FOSUN and Ferrero. Bowen holds a Master's Degree in Law from Fudan University and has completed an exchange program at Göteborgs universitet.
