Criselle Freed

Criselle Freed has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Supervisor at Johnson Controls since November 2013, Criselle has also held positions as a Sales & Marketing Account Manager and Programmer Technical Support at the same company. Prior to this, Criselle worked at Tyco as a Data Entry Specialist from October 2005 to November 2013 and began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Specialist at ADT from October 2002 to October 2005.
