Hesham Aly

Hesham Aly is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the engineering and oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager Team Lead at Johnson Controls since April 2022, Hesham previously held significant roles at Petrofac, including Senior Project Manager and PMP Principal Project Engineer, where responsibilities included managing major projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to project standards and HSSE regulations. Earlier experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer involved evaluating project requirements and vendor offers for critical equipment. Additionally, Hesham worked as a Maintenance Planning Engineer at the Egyptian Maintenance Company, implementing maintenance planning software and training client staff. Hesham holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, obtained in 2007.
