Hua Ma is a seasoned global sourcing and procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and cross-functional team collaboration. Currently serving as a Global Category Manager at Johnson Controls and a Senior Commodity Manager at Broan-NuTone, Hua has demonstrated a strong ability to develop sourcing strategies and achieve cost savings across various roles. Previously, they held leadership positions at GE Medical Systems and GE Healthcare, where they led global productivity initiatives and managed supplier relationships. Hua has also cultivated technical expertise as an Electrical Engineer, showcasing a well-rounded career in both engineering and procurement.
