Jags Mukherjee

Jags Mukherjee serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson Controls since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jags was Global HR Leader for Wholesale Banking at ING from July 2017 to July 2022. Jags has extensive experience in the field, having held various leadership positions at TE Connectivity, including Vice President of HR for Global Energy and Global Industrial Business Units. Earlier career experiences include roles at Hewlett-Packard, GE Plastics, GE Healthcare, and General Electric, where Jags focused on talent management, organizational development, and executive staffing across regions including EMEA and Asia Pacific. Jags holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University.
