Keith Blastland

Keith Blastland is an experienced leader in organizational change management with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of Organizational Change Management at Johnson Controls since March 2021, Keith focuses on supporting SAP ERP business transformation within the Global Products organization. Previously, as Director of Organizational Change Management at Carrier Corporation, Keith managed comprehensive change management processes and developed corporate strategies. At McCormick & Company, Keith was responsible for enabling IT projects through effective change management and training initiatives. Keith's earlier roles include managing SAP training programs at MILLENNIUM INORGANIC CHEMICALS and supervising operations in a manufacturing environment. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Leeds, UK.
