Lynette Hernandez has over 26 years of experience in customer operations and management. Currently serving as Regional Lead Customer Operations Associate at Johnson Controls since April 2014, Lynette assists in project management for Fire & Security initiatives across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester. Previously, Lynette held the position of Office Manager at Telephone Sales and Service for 17 years. Academic qualifications include an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from Long Island University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
