Marlon Sullivan

Marlon Sullivan is a seasoned executive with extensive human resources experience, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson Controls since October 2021. Prior to this role, Marlon held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Delta Air Lines from January to October 2021. Marlon's previous experience at Abbott spanned from March 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included Divisional VP of Global Compensation & Benefits, Divisional VP of Human Resources for Abbott Nutrition (Global), and Divisional VP of Global Talent & Development. Marlon holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Morehouse College.
