Nella Nabhan

Nella Nabhan has over 30 years of experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards Benefits at Johnson Controls since 2016. Nella has successfully led numerous critical vendor implementations and enhancements, championed cost-effective vendor partnerships, and optimally aligned service delivery with strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Tyco, where Nella managed HR Benefit Operations and Workforce Support, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and vendor management. Additionally, Nella's foundational career includes various HR administration positions at Wheelbrator. Nella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from George Mason University.
