Jen Wilbur

Jen Wilbur is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, organizational leadership, and talent management. Currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at symplr since April 2019, Jen previously held roles as Human Resources Manager and HR Manager at IntelliSoft Group and Cognizant, respectively.
