Robin Zhao

Robin Zhao currently serves as the APAC HR Operations Head at 江森自控, contributing to both the Global HR Operations Leadership Team and the APAC HR Leadership Team since October 2023. Prior to this role, Robin Zhao was with 拜耳 from April 2018 to October 2023, successfully establishing Human Resources Shared Service Centers in five cities worldwide, contributing to a global network of over 800 staff members. Robin Zhao's career began at Accenture, where progression from entry-level to senior manager took place between January 2005 and April 2018, ultimately leading high-performing teams of over 150 members. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst and Engineer at Pactera from August 2003 to January 2005, focusing on HR Information Systems and Logistics Software Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and dual bachelor's degrees in English Language and System Engineering from Dalian University of Foreign Languages and in System Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
