Sylvain Lemieux

Sylvain Lemieux has over 25 years of experience in software and firmware development, specializing in cybersecurity and embedded systems. Currently serving as Sr Principal Cyber Operation Developer and Lead Security Champion for Johnson Controls, Sylvain leads security initiatives within the North America Fire Detection Business Unit and actively participates in the global Software Security Group. Previous roles include Senior Firmware Engineer at Trilliant, where Sylvain designed firmware for smart grid applications, and Senior Software Engineer at Jordale Technologies, focusing on vehicle battery power interfaces. Earlier career highlights include serving as Technical Leader at Motorola, developing embedded software for engine control systems, and contributing to alarm monitoring systems at SR Telecom.
