Tracey McCoy Hale

Tracey McCoy Hale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the HVAC and energy sectors, currently serving as the Area General Manager for the West Region at Johnson Controls since December 2002. In this role, Tracey leads a $750M Mountain Area Executive Leadership Team and has significant responsibilities in strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation. Earlier positions at Johnson Controls include full P&L management of a $280M service and installation business, and leadership of sales initiatives in the Owner direct business. Prior to Johnson Controls, Tracey worked at Aggreko as a Branch General Manager, responsible for a $5M operation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with minors in Economics and History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with studies at Stanford University, Université de Metz in France, and the University of Texas.
