David Disheroon is the Director of Public Works and Floodplain Administrator for Johnson County, Texas, with a tenure beginning in February 2009. As a licensed Designated Representative for the state of Texas, Disheroon oversees floodplains, manages the acceptance of new roads for the county Commissioner's office, and coordinates new well site and right-of-way projects, as well as subdivision regulations. Prior to this role, Disheroon owned David Disheroon G C from 2006 to 2009. Education includes studies at Tarleton State University from 1972 to 1973.

Recording Section The Land Records/Vital Statistic department of the County Clerk's office is where all real property information is filed. You can obtain marriage licenses, birth and death certificates, passports and assumed name certificates. This department also covers Brands, Military Discharge DD-214's, and Plats. Court Section All cases heard by the County Court At Law No. 1 and County Court At Law No. 2 originate with the County Clerk - Court Section. The role of the Court Section is to accept the initial filing of cases, record all instruments filed in each case, make them available to the court as required, and to inform the parties of important actions in the case by issuing appropriate process as requested.
