Becky S. has extensive experience in sustainability and urban planning, currently serving as the Sustainability Coordinator for Johnson County, Iowa since 2015, where significant accomplishments include co-editing the 2023 Comprehensive Plan and leading the county's first communitywide greenhouse gas inventory. Previous roles include serving as Board Secretary for the Midwest Renewable Energy Association, and as a member of the Iowa City Climate Action Commission, where contributions focused on climate adaptation strategies.
