Kristy Lyman

Kristy L. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Johnson County Iowa since May 2022, Kristy manages various HR initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at JM Swank and Transamerica, where Kristy was instrumental in sourcing candidates nationwide and enhancing employer branding. Additional experience includes roles in HR recruitment at General Dynamics Information Technology and managing talent acquisition efforts at PRC, LLC. Kristy holds a BS in Business from Mount Mercy University and an AAS in Marketing Management from Kirkwood Community College, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
