Brittani Nelson

Brittani Nelson is a Real Estate Analyst specializing in the Self Storage Division at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Brittani served as a Brokerage Analyst at JLL from May 2022 to March 2023, and earlier as a Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods from January 2018 to April 2022. Relevant experience includes an internship at JLL in the summer of 2021 and a role as a Research Analyst at Compspring, where analytical work supported prominent clients like the Tampa Bay Rays and Walt Disney Imagineering. Brittani holds a Master's degree in Real Estate (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (2017-2021) from the University of Florida. Active in Phi Mu Fraternity, Brittani held several leadership roles including President of the Alpha Nu Chapter.
