Nicholas Broome

Nicholas Broome is a Senior Development Manager at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. since June 2017, overseeing pre-construction activities for multifamily projects in central Florida, including budgeting, scheduling, and consultant management. Previously, Nicholas served as Development Manager in the Multifamily Division and Development Analyst for self-storage, managing construction and relationships with general contractors and consultants. Nicholas began academic studies at Clemson University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Earlier experience includes roles at the Country Club of Spartanburg, progressing from bag room staff to Golf Shop Assistant, actively engaging with members and assisting in tournament organization.
