Mindy Engibous

Mindy Engibous has extensive experience in compliance and financial management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Johnson Financial Group since December 2015, after holding previous roles as Vice President in various compliance capacities. Prior to this, Mindy worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from August 2009 to November 2015 as Research & Remediation Manager III, AVP, managing complex escalations related to loss mitigation and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Officer and Administrative Director at Christian Life Center, overseeing project management and fundraising, and as Executive Director at VCA, responsible for organizational operations and financial management. Mindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
