Stephen Kalmer

Stephen Kalmer is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Johnson Bank since April 2013, Stephen leads the Structured Finance team, specializing in senior debt financing for middle market companies within the upper Midwest. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Director at BMO Harris Bank for twelve years, focusing on senior debt investments and leveraged finance transactions. Earlier career positions include Commercial Banking Officer at U.S. Bank and In-Charge Internal Auditor at Household International, as well as a Commodity Compliance Officer at the National Futures Association. Stephen holds an MBA in Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
