Ted Grossnickle started their work experience in 1983 as the Vice President of Development and Public Affairs at Franklin College. Ted later served as the Acting President from July to December 1993. In 1994, they founded the company Johnson, Grossnickle and Associates, where they worked as a Senior Consultant.
Ted Grossnickle attended Wabash College from 1969 to 1973, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science. Ted later pursued further education at Northern Illinois University from 1980 to 1983, and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Public Administration.
