Dan Fox

Dan Fox is the founder and CEO of Johnson Hana International. Dan previously served as company secretary for Actus Mobile Solutions from November 2015 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the m:Cypher secure card-not-present payments solution for iOS, Android, and web browsers. Prior to their work with Actus Mobile Solutions, Fox served as a special adviser to a high net worth entrepreneur from April 2015 to March 2016.

Fox is also the CEO and founder of Prime Legal Discovery, a specialist consultancy providing outsourced technology and legal support solutions. Dan founded the company in December 2011 and served in this role until November 2015. In addition to their work with Prime Legal Discovery, Fox also worked as a barrister at law for The Bar of Ireland from June 2010 to May 2015.

Dan Fox's educational career includes studying law at The Honorable Society of King's Inns and completing a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from UCD.
