Michelle Kelly

Michelle Kelly is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in commercial contracts and litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Johnson Hana since October 2022, responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for a major global bank and leading an SCC repapering project for a multinational organization. Prior to this, Michelle was a Solicitor at Whitethorn Legal, where tasks involved managing various commercial agreements and advising on GDPR. Previous roles also include In-House Counsel for Homesaversire, Specialist Solicitor (Litigation) for the National Asset Management Agency, and Solicitor at Matheson. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws from Trinity College Dublin, is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser, and completed the Professional Practice Course at the Law Society of Ireland.
