Sarah Bond

Sarah Bond currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent at Johnson Hana, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Head of Freelance Talent at Genioo from July 2021 to September 2025, where the focus was on strategic partnerships in the Life Sciences and Private Equity sectors. From February 2010 to March 2021, Sarah Bond held the title of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent Strategy at Axiom, overseeing talent acquisition and retention on an international scale. Earlier roles include London Operations Manager at Hudson and Search Consultant at Deacon Winehouse, along with experience as a Real Estate Lawyer at Herbert Smith.
