Charles Scales

Charles Scales has extensive experience in research and development, holding various roles at companies like Johnson & Johnson Vision and The Clorox Company. Charles is currently the Director of RWD Operations and Analytics at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where Charles also serves as the Digital Surgery ML/AI Lead. Charles holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi and a B.S. in Chemistry from Millsaps College.
