Destiny Etheridge

Destiny Etheridge, MBA, CPF, currently serves as the Planning Excellence Demand Lead at Johnson & Johnson Vision, a role undertaken since August 2021, where responsibilities include optimizing organizational readiness and driving future-state process deployment. Prior to this, Destiny was a Senior Analyst in Global Demand Planning at Johnson & Johnson from September 2018 to August 2021, where achievements included improving forecast accuracy and leading demand segmentation initiatives. With extensive experience in demand planning, master data management, and strategic logistics across various companies, including APR Energy and GrayLion Logistics, Destiny has demonstrated a strong ability to optimize processes and deliver significant cost savings. Education includes an MBA focused on Data Analytics from Florida International University and multiple bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Florida, as well as a Certified Professional Forecaster designation from the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning.
