Pat Adams

Pat Adams has extensive experience in quality assurance and product management within the vision care sector at Johnson & Johnson Vision, serving as Sr. Director of QA Life Cycle Management since 2017 and previously as Director of Product Quality Management. Prior to this role, Pat held multiple leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., including Director of Process Development and Director of New Business Development. Pat holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, obtained between 2001 and 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Chemistry from The University of Southern Mississippi, completed from 1984 to 1988.
