Aileen Barreto Rivera

Aileen Barreto Rivera is a global leader in Quality Operations with extensive experience in the medical devices industry. Currently serving as VP of Supply Chain Quality for Med Tech at Johnson & Johnson since May 2023, Aileen previously held roles at DePuy Synthes as Supply Chain Quality Leader and Sr. Director of Quality & Compliance, and at Johnson & Johnson Vision as Sr. Director of Quality Operations. Aileen's career began at Johnson & Johnson in 1995, where responsibilities included leading high-volume manufacturing sites and executing lean transformation strategies. Aileen has also gained valuable experience through roles at American Cyanamid. Educational accomplishments include a BS in Electrical Engineering from Recinto Universitario de Mayagüez and certifications in coaching and leadership development.
