Alma Scott

Alma Scott is a global health leader currently serving as the Vice President of Operations & Partnerships at Johnson & Johnson Global Public Health, where they enhance national offices in sub-Saharan Africa to support market access strategies. With past roles including Senior Director at Tibotec and Ortho-McNeil and Vice President at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, Alma has extensive experience in licensing, business development, and marketing. Alma's work focuses on empowering underserved populations through innovative R&D, access programs, and advocacy, while also fostering the development of a vibrant African science and technology sector. They are pursuing a Master of Management in Marketing and Finance at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, while already holding a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resource Development from the University of Connecticut.
