Alyson Wess

Alyson Wess currently serves as the Vice President of Global Donations at Johnson & Johnson, leading the Global Health Equity social impact organization and overseeing the strategy and implementation of global donation programs. With extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson and its pharmaceutical subsidiary, The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, Alyson has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Market Access and Strategic Account Management, where responsibilities included overseeing market access marketing and strategic account management for diverse health system channels. Alyson's earlier career includes positions such as Director of Marketing at Ethicon, Inc., where contributions included corporate strategy development and leading global marketing initiatives. Alyson holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics and Art History from Franklin & Marshall College.
