Andy Chua is currently the Director of Global Brand Protection for Asia Pacific at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, they held various roles focused on brand protection and intellectual property rights, including positions as Senior Vice President at Lazada Group and Brand Protection Manager at Moët Hennessy. Recognized as one of the Top Five In-House Leaders by World Trademark Review in 2021, they have extensive experience in managing investigations and coordinating with law enforcement agencies across the Asia Pacific region. Andy began their career as a Senior Police Officer with the Singapore Police Force, where they specialized in intellectual property rights enforcement and team management. They also obtained a Professional Certificate in Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection from Michigan State University.
